Purchasing VANNETE VAN used vehicles are often a good investment. This van was in production by the Japanese automaker Nissan. The van has been produced in various engine configurations and with various drive train set-ups. The manufacturer designed this van to compete directly with the Toyota Van in the market in the United States. The Vannette van has been in production since 1981.
Purchasing a used vehicle in the United States is difficult. In 1994, the Nissan manufacturer hadto recall every one of the vans, due to an engine fire problem that was unable to be resolved in prior recalls. In the United States, the Vanette was the Datsun C20 and later the Nissan C20. Eventually, the company replaced the entire line with the Mazda Bongo. Investors looking for a rare vehicle may find these to be a good investment. A variety of versions may be available including the 2WD and 4WD versions of the vehicle.
